Legal basis

The processing of essential data is based on our legitimate interest in operating the app (art. 6 para. 1 let. f GDPR). Optional analytics cookies are only set after express consent (art. 6 para. 1 let. a GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Since your personal settings are only stored locally in your browser, you can delete them yourself at any time (clear browser cache / localStorage). For enquiries about analytics data, contact support@pikvibe.ch.

You can change or withdraw your cookie settings at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

For data transfers to the USA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified, as well as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs 2021/914). The application database (Firestore) runs on Firebase, Google Cloud, europe-west6 (Zurich). Server logs containing IP addresses are automatically deleted after 30 days.
